The principal owners have subscribed for their respective parts of the current rights issue

The Company’s two principal owners have informed Biosensor Applications Sweden AB (publ) that they have subscribed for their respective parts (just over 53 percent) of the rights issue now in progress.

The subscription period, based both on and without subscription rights, runs until 21 November 2008, inclusive. An investment memorandum, a 4page folder and subscription forms are available at Biosensor’s (www.biosensor.se) and AktieTorget’s (www.aktietorget.se) respective websites.
