New major order to Biosensor from Australia

The Australian Customs Service has placed an additional order for five BIOSENS® systems for the simultaneous detection of narcotics and explosives. The order is also combined with an upgrade package of their existing 20 systems.

Biosensor Applications Marketing Director Magnus Björkqvist said this is the third order of Biosensor equipment by Customs.
“They have used our equipment for almost three years and it is stationed at airports as well as seaports where the robustness of our technology is very valuable,” Ms Björkqvist said. “It constitutes a major manifestation to get this order, and demonstrates the high grade of our technology, service and support.” The equipment will be delivered immediately and is expected to be in use later this year.
